Log into your Aquafun.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure they pass our quality check.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.
Receive Refund
After the returned product reaches our warehouse and clears quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
